Information Visitors Choose to Submit
The website allows visitors to submit project and contact information through a LeadConnector/GoHighLevel embedded form. Submitted information may include a name, phone number, email address, project location, service interest, and any details entered by the visitor.
How Submitted Information May Be Used
MLT may use submitted information to review an inquiry, respond, discuss requested services, maintain business records, and protect the website or business from misuse. A form submission does not create a contract or confirm availability.
Third-Party Form Provider
The contact form is delivered by LeadConnector. The embedded provider may process technical and submitted data under its own terms and privacy practices. Visitors may call or email MLT instead of using the form.
Google Maps
The website embeds Google Maps as a geographic reference for the Cheyenne service base. Loading the map may allow Google to receive technical data such as an IP address and browser information under Google’s policies. The map does not identify a public storefront.
Hosting and Technical Logs
The website is prepared for hosting on Netlify. Hosting providers may collect routine request, security, and diagnostic logs needed to deliver and protect the site. The final owner should confirm the actual hosting provider after deployment.
Analytics Status
Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager are not enabled in the delivered build because valid resource IDs were not provisioned. If analytics are added later, this notice should be updated before tracking is enabled.
Retention, Sharing, and Security
The owner should define how long inquiry records are retained, who can access them, when service providers receive them, and how deletion requests are handled. No internet transmission or storage method can be promised as perfectly secure.
